Batemans Shoes, is a family owned business since 1881. We have been trading as a Footwear company, providing a reliable and valuable service to the people of Clonakilty, Bandon and Carrigaline.

We pride ourselves in catering to our ever changing customers requirements and we stock a wide range of your favourite brands of shoes for men, ladies and children. We are  known for having friendly & courteous staff who are always willing to help and are very informative.  We encourage customers to ask questions as foot health  is a very important part of everyday living.

As a business we are family orientated, providing a wide range of favourite footwear brands for ladies, gents and kids throughout Cork.

In Ladies footwear our brands range from comfort shoes to the latest high fashion trends with prices and colours to suit everyone. In Mens footwear we  stock all the major brands to cater for all age groups from walking, fashionable dresswear to sports brands.

Childrens’ footwear is a major part of the business. We are extremely focused on providing a reliable and efficient service. All our staff are trained through the Clarks Children’s Footwear Programme and are trained specialists who have many years of experience which is paramount in fitting kids shoes.

Customers always remark on our patient and friendly nature when fitting kids shoes and we are known all over Cork for this service.

We stock all the main children’s brands as well as being one of the very few shoe shops in the country to do a fitting service for Nike Shoes in the Kids department.
